Awanui Veterinary (formerly Gribbles Veterinary) is seeking a Clinical Pathologist to join our team in New Zealand. We operate in four major cities: Auckland, Christchurch, Palmerston North, and Dunedin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from Auckland or Dunedin and support a team of 17 pathologists. About the role | Mō te tūranga:

Your work will involve evaluating and interpreting results across various disciplines, including haematology, cytology, clinical chemistry, endocrinology, urinalysis, serology, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics. You will also provide specialist advice and phone consultations to veterinary clients.

About you | He kōrero mōu:

• Veterinary degree suitable for New Zealand registration.
• Experience in diagnostic veterinary pathology.
• Board certification by the ACVP/ECVCP or fellowship of the ANZCVS is preferred, but board-eligible or highly qualified applicants will also be considered.
• A demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality pathology services.
