We’re recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Leader with a strong orthopaedic or spinal theatre background. This role is suitable for someone with existing leadership experience or the capability and eagerness to step into leadership. You’ll combine clinical expertise with people skills to support, guide and develop an experienced team.

Your Background

• Collaborative, calm, and able to relate across all levels — including specialists, reps and nursing staff
