What you'll be doing

• Lead the delivery and performance of the ACC SAW contract in the Wellington region


• Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team in the community


• Triage referrals, allocate cases, and keep quality of care front of mind


• Maintain your own clinical caseload to stay hands-on and connected


• Drive outcomes by meeting KPIs and contributing to service goals

What you'll need

• NZ registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with a current APC


• Solid working knowledge of ACC contracts and funding streams


• Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a rehab or community setting


• Strong communication and coordination skills - you're a natural organiser and motivator
