About the role

As a Clinical Lead, you’ll balance clinical practice with professional leadership. Supporting recruitment, mentoring, training, supervision, quality improvement, and service innovation. You’ll play a key role in growing and supporting both your local team and our wider services, while ensuring the delivery of outstanding outcomes for clients.
