Job summary

Stryker, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Clinical Consultant to join the Upper Extremities team in Melbourne. You’ll be the go-to expert during complex surgeries, providing technical and clinical support to surgeons and hospital staff.

The role includes in-theatre support, training hospital staff on Stryker products, and coordinating ongoing clinical planning and administration. A bachelor’s degree in Allied Health or related field and 1–2+ years in healthcare are preferred;

Qualifications

• Clinical consultant with hands-on theatre experience.
• Ability to train hospital staff on product use and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert during complex Upper Extremities surgeries, providing technical and clinical support to surgeons and hospital staff.
• Provide in theatre support for Stryker products.
• Provide training and support for hospital staff in their use of Stryker products.
• Day-to-day planning and administration for clinical support of Stryker products.
