Job Title: Client Success Manager - APAC

Location: Auckland

Reporting to: Global Head of Veezi

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

This role is responsible for the oversight of the total client success across APAC. Acting as the point of communication for this region, your responsibilities will involve customer-centric needs related to Support, Sales, Billing, Product Development and more. Working closely with the Global Head and other regional leads you will establish and maintain a cohesive, consistent and responsive framework to deliver a best-in-class client experience while embracing the unique needs and values of the independent cinema community.

Responsibilities
  • Champion the voice of Veezi clients internally and ensure Vista Pillar efforts support that goal.
  • Accountable for client renewal and retention across the APAC region, driving additional revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling what benefits the Veezi clients.
  • Contribute to client growth in the appointed region by proactively fielding inquiries and, when necessary, participating in targeted outreach.
  • Influence the Client Success strategic objectives and translate them into actionable goals for necessary sub and external pillars.
  • Oversee a portfolio of Veezi clients on a day-to-day basis, serving as the point of communication for escalated concerns or actions.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support teams to ensure optimal task and project prioritization.
  • Work with the Global Head of Veezi to support new business opportunities and the satisfaction of existing clients.
  • Work with the Global Head of Veezi and regional leads to develop a cohesive, proactive client experience framework.
  • Identify and capture market and client requirements to inform the product roadmap and differentiate the service for clients.
  • Travel nationally or internationally to client sites and other offices as requested.
  • Represent Veezi as a leader in the Film and Cinema industry through events, media contributions, and interactions with clients, prospects, and partners.
