As our Client Services Director, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our agency’s creative and marketing powerhouse — ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, relationships thrive, and opportunities for growth are always on the radar.

Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to for key clients, building strong, lasting partnerships
  • Lead the charge on client success, retention, and account growth
  • Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social, OOH, comms, and brand strategy
  • Collaborate with our creative team on design, web, photography, and video projects
  • Spot opportunities for upsell and cross-sell that add value to both client and agency
  • Guide and develop our client-facing team members, driving high performance
  • Work in a strategic capacity helping to shape the future growth in innovation of our agency
Qualifications
