Position: Client Services Coordinator
You’ll be the go-to person for client support and coordination, keeping the flow of shipping containers smooth and stress-free. Think of yourself as the air traffic controller of the port—making sure everything lands where it should, on time, every time. Our ideal candidate is keen to learn about our business, has an eye for detail, gain valuable experience, apply themselves and grow within the company!
This is a fixed term position until October 2026 with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week. Hours of work are Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, with Sat 7am to 12pm (rotational).

You will be a practical thinker and have a genuine desire to learn and deliver positive outcomes. You have intermediate computer skills you must be proficient in Excel and Outlook. You are organised and able to manage your time and ideally have a minimum of 1 year’s experience in an office environment; however, we are willing to talk to anyone with the right attitude.
