A financial service provider in Greymouth is seeking a Client Services team member for a casual position. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients, handling transactions, and managing queries in a friendly environment. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, creating a friendly and welcoming environment to support them with their banking needs. From processing transactions and undertaking daily balancing to handling queries.
Working in a supportive team environment, your exceptional client and relationship management skills will shine. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills are essential.
