We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual to join our fast-paced, high-performing team as a Client Services Advisor. deVere is one of the largest financial consultancy companies in the world with a truly global presence and reach. The New Zealand division is based in the Takapuna area, Auckland, and has grown significantly to become one of the leading advisory firms within New Zealand.

About the role:

  • Advising clients on strategies for investment/retirement planning, cash management, and other areas to help them reach their financial objectives.
  • Reviewing client accounts and plans regularly to understand if life or economic changes, situational concerns, or financial performance necessitate adjustments.
  • Managing and updating client portfolios.
  • Analyzing financial data received from clients to develop strategies for achieving their financial goals.
  • Preparing or interpreting financial document summaries, investment performance reports, and income projections for clients.
  • Implementing financial plans or referring clients to professionals who can assist them.
  • Building and maintaining your client base.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to and resolving all client inquiries.
  • Being a role model and ambassador for deVere's brand, business, and culture within NZ.

You will be working with and managing an established existing client bank.

  • NZCFS Level 5 qualification preferred or currently in progress.
