Qualifications

• Experience as an Investment Adviser (CFP preferred but not essential).
• Experience and knowledge of Discretionary Investment Management Services (DIMS).
• Previous experience within a financial planning environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
• The ability to self-manage, set and achieve goals, and maintain high professional standards.
• A proven record of personal achievement.
