Qualifikationen

• 3+ years experience in billings and revenue reconciliations.
• Experience in client management or commercial accounting.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to turn financial data into practical commercial insights.
• Experience with forecasting.

Aufgaben

• Ensure client billings are accurate and aligned with contracts.
• Review jobcost reports and prepare invoice proposals.
• Review client revenue and prepare revenue journals.
• Reconcile and close jobs timely; review staff timesheets.
• Support month-end processes for your portfolio.
• Review work in progress and required reconciliations.
• Update client revenue forecasts and retainer reconciliations.
• Monitor working capital weekly and monthly.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for stakeholders.
• Follow policies and internal controls for complete records.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes.
• Identify systemic issues and develop remediation plans.
