Job summary

PAK'nSAVE Hastings is seeking an Online Click & Collect Personal Shopper for a full-time role in Hastings, NZ. The position runs Sunday to Thursday, 5:00am–1:30pm (40 hours per week), focusing on accurate picking, packing and processing of online orders with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, delivering orders to customers with accuracy and friendly service, while maintaining independence and a proactive customer-first attitude.

• Ability to handle high volumes of customers.
• Bringing a customer-first attitude to ensure best service.

Days and hours for this position are as follows:

• Sunday to Thursday 5:00am - 1:30pm (40 hours per week)

In a role within the Online Department, you will appreciate the importance of creating a positive customer experience and thrive on getting positive feedback from your customers in the form of their online orders. This position would absolutely suit someone who is after an active role, with both independence and team work elements every single day.

The role

• Assist in the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all online orders.
• Ensure all customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
• Working with a large team of both full time and part time employees to ensure that our customers always have products available to purchase.
• Taking completed orders out to customers’ vehicles with accuracy, efficiency, and great service.
