Sanctuary Group in Canterbury is seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our Estate Services Team. You will deliver a high-quality cleaning service across general needs housing, supported living and independent living schemes, helping maintain clean and welcoming communal spaces for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience with general cleaning duties.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience meeting deadlines and prioritising workload.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal areas including stairwells, lifts, kitchens, bathrooms and toilets.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Dust and sanitise surfaces.
• Clean internal glass and touchpoints.
• Remove rubbish and bulky items.
• Carry out routine site checks and report health and safety concerns.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and stock levels.
• Provide friendly, professional, customer-focused service to residents and visitors.
• Keep accurate records of completed work.
