Job summary

OCS Ltd in Dunedin is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a team of cleaners across multiple sites. This hands-on leadership role ensures service standards are met and supports the day-to-day operations on-site. The role runs 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3pm–9pm. A NZ driver’s licence is preferred; you must be eligible to work in New Zealand and pass Ministry of Justice and Police checks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Organised, reliable, and proactive.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using mobile devices or apps for reporting.
• NZ Driver’s Licence (preferred).
• Must be able to pass Ministry of Justice and Police checks.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand full-time.

Responsibilities

OCS Ltd is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in DUNEDIN. As a global leader in commercial cleaning and facilities management, OCS is committed to delivering high-quality services to clients across New Zealand.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners, ensuring service standards are met, and supporting the day‑to‑day operations across various sites. You’ll work closely with the Contract Manager and be the key point of contact for your team on‑site. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, start at 3pm to 9pm daily. 30 hours per week.
