Job summary

Arvida Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner and Laundry Assistant to join our team. You will maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards across our community, ensuring a comfortable living environment for residents.

You will handle cleaning of all areas, manage resident and facility laundry, and collaborate with staff to identify special cleaning needs while maintaining supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team, and be highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to focus on our resident needs and remain calm and courteous.
• A good level of physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas within the community, including resident rooms and interior facilities.
• Provide high-standard laundry services for the community, including facility and resident laundry.
• Liaise with team members to identify areas needing special cleaning and coordinate with supervisor on supplies and equipment.

Our Cleaners and Laundry Assistant, with an eye for detail, contribute to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across our community and ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents.

You will be responsible for cleaning all areas within our community - including resident rooms and the interior of our facilities. You will provide an excellent standard of laundry services for our community - including facility and resident laundry requirements. You will liaise with other team members to identify areas that require special cleaning and collaborate with your supervisor in maintaining supplies and equipment.
