Arvida is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment for residents across our community in Wellington. You will focus on high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in resident rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all residents and staff.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks across the community, contributing to residents’ wellbeing and quality of life.

Qualificações

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team, and be highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to focus on resident needs and remain calm and courteous

Job Description

Our Housekeepers contribute to the quality of life of our residents by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across our community, and ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents.

You will be responsible for cleaning all areas within our community - including resident rooms and the interior of our facilities. You will liaise with other team members to identify areas that require special cleaning and collaborate with your supervisor in maintaining supplies and equipment.
