Job summary

Green By Nature in Queenstown is seeking a full-time Outdoor Cleaner/Operator based at our Frankton depot. You will perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance of public facilities in the area, including restrooms, bus stops and barbecue areas, ensuring they are safe, clean and inviting for the community.

You’ll also support the wider team with rubbish collection and cleansing of park assets, work autonomously or with colleagues, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or cleaning is useful but not essential.
• Must have a full driver's licence and be able to drive a manual vehicle.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Commitment to completing work to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public facilities such as restrooms, bus stops and barbecue areas.
• Support the wider team with rubbish collection and park asset cleaning.

What does an Outdoor CleanerOperator do you ask?

Based at our Frankton depot, your role will see you take on the responsibility for scheduledcleaning and maintenance of public facilities in the area including public restrooms, bus stops and barbecue areas.

The work also involves supporting the wider team with general rubbish collection and cleaning duties of park assets.

Skills and Experiencewe are looking for

• Experience working in a maintenance or cleaning role is useful though not essential
• A currentfulldriver's licenceand be ableto drive a manual vehicle
• You will be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Have thedesire to complete all work to a high standard
