Boulcott School in Wellington seeks a Certificated teacher to join our primary/intermediate team (Years 1–8). The successful applicant will contribute to wellbeing, learning, and achievement, with NZ Curriculum knowledge and experience using The Code and Little Learners preferred.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for at least one permanent Scale A teacher to join our team. The specific classroom teaching level will be dependent on the experience, strengths and attributes the successful applicant brings to our kura.

We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic teacher with New Zealand Curriculum knowledge and outstanding teaching practice, focused on children's wellbeing, learning, and achievement. We utilise The Code as our school-wide spelling resource and the Little Learners series in the Junior team, so experience with these would be an advantage, as would confidence in Te Reo and Tikanga Māori. Skills in building and maintaining relationships with kaiako, whānau and tamariki are essential.

The successful applicant will be well supported by our caring, collegial, and friendly team, with plenty of opportunities to grow as we undertake professional development around the new curriculum and embed our current structured literacy practice.
