Nelson Park School in Hawke's Bay is seeking a passionate teacher to join our supportive team. The successful applicant will teach across English, Health and PE, Languages, Mathematics, Science, Social sciences, Te reo Māori, Technology and The arts, for students in years 1–8.

• Qualified NZ teacher with current registration.
• Experience teaching in Years 1–8 is preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and whānau.

About the role

One of our amazing kaiako is heading off on a new adventure to teach in Auckland, so we are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and committed teacher to join our wonderful team at Nelson Park School.

We are a welcoming, supportive school with fantastic tamariki, amazing staff and a strong sense of community.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, builds positive relationships with colleagues and whānau, and brings energy, enthusiasm and a sense of fun to school each day.
