Kohia Terrace School in Auckland is seeking a passionate, NZ-trained certificated teacher for Years 1–8 to cover a fixed-term parental leave.

Due to a teacher taking a year's parental leave, we have a wonderful opportunity to be part of the middle area of our school. This fixed term position commences 28th January 2027, and finishes Friday 17th December 2027.
We are looking for a passionate, New Zealand trained teacher who values working collaboratively. The successful candidate should have proven ability to provide an engaging and dynamic learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students. Knowledge of structured literacy practice (desirably The Code) and current curriculum content is essential.
