Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience.
• Valid NZ Class 5 Driver License or equivalent overseas license.
• Ability to pass mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
• Weekend and day/night shift availability as required.
• Flexibility to work 30–70 hours weekly based on operational needs.
• Willingness to obtain Forklift and DG licenses if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute delivery routes for timely delivery of goods.
• Operate trucks on various routes, following traffic regulations.
• Supervise loading/unloading, ensuring careful handling of goods.
• Transport fragile and heavy items with care.
• Maintain delivery records and logs for tracking.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections for safety and reliability.
• Monitor fuel levels and refuel as needed.
• Report mechanical issues to management.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Undertake safety training and follow best practices.
