Job summary

JobSpace is seeking an experienced Class 5 Tipper Driver for a busy Christchurch civil contractor. This temp-to-perm role offers a steady workload heading into summer.

Responsibilities include operating a Class 5 tipper with a Road Ranger gearbox, loading with a loader, and handling reversing/jack-knife maneuvers. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm; NZ residency or valid NZ work visa required.

Qualifications

• Class 5 licence with Wheels endorsement is required.
• Confident with Road Ranger gearbox.
• Experience in civil or construction environments preferred.
• Reliable, safe, and team-focused attitude required.

• Operate a Class 5 tipper truck with a Road Ranger gearbox.
• Perform reversing and jack-knifing maneuvers as needed.
• Self-load and operate a loader.
• Work Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm.
