Overview

Connecting people and communities | Driving eCommerce | Moving New Zealand. Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand from Kaitaia to Invercargill. We’re on the hunt for a Class 5 Driver to join our Ashburton branch!

Shift

Monday – Friday, 7am start, minimum 45 hours per week

About The Role

Your day will look like you completing bulk Metro runs throughout Ashburton and through to our Christchurch depot.

What You\'ll Do

• Load and unload freight safely by hand, or with forklift when required.
• Ensure freight is handled without damage.
• Scan all freight. If you touch it, scan it.
• Deliver and pickup on time and in full.
• Actively participate in all safety processes and procedures
• Always operate your vehicle in a safe and legal manner.
• Take pride in your vehicle by always keeping it clean and tidy - inside and out.

• Clean Full NZ Class 5 License
• Forklift License with OSH cert (preferable)
• Dangerous Good Endorsement (preferable but not essential)
