Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver for their civil team. This role involves operating Class 2 vehicles, working closely with manufacturing crews, and ensuring high safety standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of driving experience in NZ, and a strong work ethic. The position offers ongoing full-time hours and a pay rate of $27-29 per hour, plus 8%.

Qualifications

• Full Class 2 license with at least 2 years driving in NZ, preferably in civil environments.
• Experience with driving Class 2 trucks (manual); advantage with long loads/trailers.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 2 vehicle, carrying frames and joinery.
• Work closely with manufacturing crews.
• Maintain gear to high safety and performance standards.
• Delivery to all over Auckland, noting work out of Auckland may be required.

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join our client's civil team in Highbrook.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 2 vehicle, carrying frames and joinery
• Work closely with manufacturing crews
• Maintain gear to high safety and performance standards
• Delivery to all over Auckland - wide territory (noting there may be some work out of Auckland)

What You Bring

• Full Class 2 license with at least 2 years driving in NZ (within civil environments pref)
• Experience with driving class 2 trucks (manual) and advantage with long loads / trailers
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safe, efficient operations
• Auckland-based and ready to start work locally
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Ongoing, full-time hours with the potential to go permanent.

Location: Highbrook

Payrate: set out by employer $27-29 phr, plus 8%
