Job summary

WM New Zealand in Invercargill is seeking a driver to operate a variety of trucks with guaranteed hours and family-friendly shifts. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, with training from day one and ongoing development to ensure safety and top‑notch customer service.

You’ll work across Invercargill and surrounding areas, using the latest onboard technology and a competitive hourly rate. A Class 2 or 4 NZ licence is preferred, with applications from experienced Class 2 drivers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Drive a range of trucks with the latest onboard tech to ensure safe collections.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles.
• Handle loading, unloading and disposal of waste in line with requirements.
• Operate computerized systems and other work related systems.
• Deliver and process waste as required.
