As a Claims Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the claims team, helping ensure work-related injury claims are lodged accurately and managed efficiently. You’ll assist Case Coordinators and Case Managers with key administrative tasks, maintain accurate information in our case management system, and provide friendly, professional customer service to clients, claimants and stakeholders.
