HEB Construction in Otago and Southland is seeking a Civil Manager to lead our regional operations from Queenstown, with oversight across Invercargill and the wider Southland region.

The Opportunity

As Civil Manager for Otago and Southland, you'll lead the overall performance of the region across operations, people, commercial outcomes and business development.

You'll partner closely with clients, consultants, councils, developers and industry stakeholders to identify opportunities, secure work and position HEB as the contractor of choice.

This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. Someone who can walk into a boardroom in the morning, review commercial performance after lunch, and spend the afternoon on-site supporting delivery teams.
