About the Role

You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team delivering a range of residential land development projects — from boutique infill developments to larger master-planned communities. The work spans concept design through to construction supervision and final titles, giving you full project exposure and the chance to build real ownership.
Typical responsibilities include:
  • Civil design (earthworks, drainage, roading, and services)
  • Engineering plan approvals and coordination with councils
  • Site supervision and construction monitoring
  • Contract administration (NZS 3910)
  • Client and stakeholder coordination

What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of experience in land development or civil engineering
  • Working knowledge of NZ design standards and consenting processes
  • Proficiency in 12D and/or AutoCAD
