Higgins in New Zealand is offering a Cadet Programme to start a real career in civil construction. You’ll be paid while you learn and will rotate through core workstreams across the business, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

The 12-month program begins with a week-long induction in Auckland, then rotates through Asphalt surfacing, Traffic management, Road maintenance and Chip sealing, with progression toward a NZQA Level 3 Certificate in Infrastructure Works.
