A retail company in Manawatū-Whanganui is seeking seasonal Team Members to enhance customer service during the Christmas period. Responsibilities include assisting customers, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation. The Warehouse is the home of Christmas, a destination for our customers to find everything they need for an affordable and special Christmas. We’re looking for fixed-term seasonal Team Members to join us. Start dates vary from mid-September to mid-November and you’ll be with us until around mid-January. Many of our Christmas Team Members have progressed into roles throughout The Warehouse Group, so this role could be your stepping stone for longer term and wider opportunities!
On the shopfloor, you’ll help customers find everything they need for a special Christmas, whether it’s reaching a toy on the top shelf or pointing them to the right aisle. You’ll also support merchandising displays and work alongside our Night Fill elves to keep shelves stocked and sparkling. At checkouts, you’ll be the friendly face that helps customers wrap up their Christmas shopping. From scanning gifts to packing bags with care, you’ll make every transaction count. You’ll keep the front of house looking inviting, making sure last-minute stocking fillers are well-stocked. It’s all about creating a great in-store customer experience!
