The Warehouse is the home of Christmas, a destination for our customers to find everything they need for an affordable and special Christmas. We need extra team members to help make that happen.
We’re looking for fixed-term seasonal Team Members to come join us. Start dates vary from mid-September to mid-November and you’ll be with us until around mid-January. Many of our Christmas Team Members have progressed into roles throughout The Warehouse Group, so this role could be your stepping stone for longer term and wider opportunities!
On the shopfloor, you’ll help customers find everything they need for a special Christmas, whether it’s reaching a toy on the top shelf or pointing them to the right aisle. You’ll also support merchandising displays and work alongside our Night Fill elves to keep shelves stocked and sparkling.
At checkouts, you’ll be the friendly face that helps customers wrap up their Christmas shopping. From scanning gifts to packing bags with care, you’ll make every transaction count. You’ll keep the front of house looking inviting, making sure last-minute stocking fillers are well-stocked. It’s all about creating a great in-store customer experience!
You’ll be right in the action, on your feet, helping customers, and keeping things moving. If you're someone who shows up, takes initiative, and works well independently and in a team, then this role is for you.
Retail experience is a plus, but what matters is your attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You get what great customer service is all about!
We’re especially keen to hear from people with strong availability throughout December and over public holidays—this is when the magic (and the rush!) really happens.
A payrate of $24.67 per hour
