Overview

Noel Leeming is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Christmas team for a fixed-term period during the holiday season (September–November until mid-January). We aim to deliver exceptional in-store service with personalised advice, live demonstrations, and end-to-end service to help customers find the perfect product.

Job Description

As a Christmas Team Member, you will provide an unforgettable shopping experience, assisting customers with purchases and queries. Two role types are available:

  • Customer Service Rep – Assisting customers at the checkout, managing refunds, and supporting team members where needed.
  • Sales Consultant – On the shop floor, selling our products to customers.

Qualifications

Customer Service Rep responsibilities include:

  • Work on the checkouts assisting customers with their purchases
  • Processing refunds and managing any queries
  • Running exciting promotions to engage customers
  • Assisting your fellow team members where needed

Sales Consultant responsibilities include:

  • Selling our wide range of tech products
  • Building relationships with our customers
  • Keeping the store presentable

You will be someone who brings:

  • A friendly, approachable nature
  • Display a positive, can-do attitude
  • Have the flexibility to work from September–November until mid-January, including weekends
  • Be reliable and able to work unsupervised
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
