We aim to deliver exceptional in-store service with personalised advice, live demonstrations, and end-to-end service to help customers find the perfect product.

Job Description

As a Christmas Team Member, you will provide an unforgettable shopping experience, assisting customers with purchases and queries. Two role types are available:

• Customer Service Rep – Assisting customers at the checkout, managing refunds, and supporting team members where needed.
• Sales Consultant – On the shop floor, selling our products to customers.

Qualifications
