Company Description

Have a knack for keeping things tidy and organised? We are on the hunt for reliable, detailed-focused team members to help our stores operate efficiently this Christmas.

The Warehouse is the home of Christmas, a destination for our customers to find everything they need for an affordable and special Christmas. But we need extra team members to help make that happen.

We’re looking for fixed-term seasonal Team Members to come join us. Start dates vary from mid-September to mid-November and you’ll be with us until around mid-January. Many of our Christmas Team Members have progressed into roles throughout The Warehouse Group, so this role could be your steppingstone for longer term and wider opportunities!

Job Description

As a Nightfill Team Member you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are ready and prepared for the busy festive season. Some tasks include unpacking stock, filling shelves and making sure displays look fresh and fill ready for customers the next day.

Whether it’s stocking shelves with customer favourites or the occasional customer enquiry, you will be the key to creating a seamless and magical shopping experience.

The hours of work for this position are generally between 7pm and 12am.

You will need to be available throughout the holiday period and be flexible with hours and days of work.If you are required to work past 10pm, you must be above 16 years of age.

Qualifications

If you are someone who takes initiative and works well independently and, in a team, then this role is for you.

You will be able to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods of time. You will be reliable and able to work unsupervised but also use your excellent communication skills to positively contribute to the team.

We’re especially keen to hear from people with strong availability throughout December and over public holidays, this is when the magic (and the rush!) really happens.
