Overview

Love fashion and festive vibes? We1re on the hunt for reliable, customer-focused team members to bring the magic to our apparel department this Christmas.

The Warehouse is the home of Christmas, a destination for our customers to find everything they need for an affordable and special Christmas. But we need extra team members to help make that happen.

We1re looking for fixed-term seasonal Team Members to come join us. Start dates vary from mid-September to mid-November and you1ll be with us until around mid-January. Many of our Christmas Team Members have progressed into roles throughout The Warehouse Group, so this role could be your steppingstone for longer term and wider opportunities!

Responsibilities

In our apparel department you1ll be showing our customers how they can have a special and stylish Christmas for less. Whether it1s guiding them to find the perfect Secret Santa gift, Christmas day outfit, stocking fillers or helping them discover our unique Kiwiana-themed apparel.

You1ll also assist in pulling the festive wonderland from the stockroom to the shop floor and stocking and maintaining displays to ensure our apparel section always looks inviting and fresh!

Qualifications

You1ll be right in the action, on your feet, helping customers, and keeping things moving. If you1re someone who shows up, takes initiative, and works well independently and in a team, then this roles for you.

Retail experience is a plus, but what matters is your attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You get what great customer service is all about!

We1re especially keen to hear from people with strong availability throughout December and over public holidays, this is when the magic (and the rush!) really happens.
