Job summary

JobAdder Operations Pty is seeking a Christmas Casual Support Worker to provide safe, person-centered in-home support in Blenheim. The role offers flexible hours and weekend shifts, with extra weekend pay and a comprehensive training program.

You’ll assist clients in daily living, learn the Kaiāwhina Skills Framework, and travel with compensation for travel time and mileage. No prior qualifications required, full training provided.

• Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person-centered support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.
• You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities. No qualifications or prior experience are required.

• This role offers flexible hours, plenty of weekend shifts ($1.00 extra per hour), and the chance to gain valuable experience in the health and wellbeing sector.
