Access Community Health is seeking a Christmas Casual Support Worker in Richmond, NZ. You will provide safe, respectful, person-centered support in clients’ homes, with emphasis on culture, routines and boundaries.

No prior experience or qualifications are required, and paid training is provided. The role offers flexible hours, weekend shifts with allowances, and travel/mileage compensation during longer trips. Join a team guided by manaakitanga and whanaungatanga.

• Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person-centered support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.
• You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities. No qualifications or prior experience are required.
