Job summary

ECCO Westgate in Auckland is seeking a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Associate to deliver premium customer service and drive sales during peak season. You will work in a fast-paced store environment, uphold the ECCO brand, process orders and returns, and assist with stock maintenance while providing a high-quality shopping experience.

Successful candidates will have prior retail sales experience, a proven ability to hit KPIs, and a strong willingness to learn product knowledge through ongoing

• Be available during blackout periods: 20-30 Nov 2026 and 9 Dec 2026 to 12 Jan 2027.

About the Role:

ECCO Westgateis looking for dedicated Christmas Casual Retail Sales Associates to assist during our peak seasonal sales period in selling shoes that practically sell themselves! Do you have a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers?

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast paced environment
• Uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and relatedproducts
• Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards
• Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards
• General housekeeping and store tidiness
• Must be available during our blackout periods: 20th-30th November + 9th December 2026 until 12th January 2027

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills
• Have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
• Have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
• Be a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships
