ECCO Merivale in New Zealand is seeking dedicated Christmas Casual Retail Sales Associates to help during our peak seasonal period. You will deliver premium shopping experiences, showcase footwear knowledge, and represent the ECCO brand with pride.

Successful candidates will have prior retail experience, proven KPI achievement, strong communication, and a flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Training and incentives are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast-paced environment.
• Uphold the quality of our brand and achieve sales of shoes and related products.
• Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards.
• Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards.
• General housekeeping and store tidiness.
• Must be available during blackout periods: 20th-30th November + 9th December 2026 until 12th January 2027.

About the Role:

ECCO Merivaleis looking for dedicated Christmas Casual Retail Sales Associates to assist during our peak seasonal sales period in selling shoes that practically sell themselves! Do you have a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers?

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast paced environment
• Uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and relatedproducts
• Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards
• Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards
• General housekeeping and store tidiness
• Must be available during our blackout periods: 20th-30th November + 9th December 2026 until 12th January 2027.

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills
• Have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
• Have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
• Be a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships
• Demonstrate a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment
• Be someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn
• Have flexibility with your availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
