The opportunity

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join the team at our Culture Kings Auckland store. In this role you will play a key part in delivering magic experiences for our customers during the upcoming holiday season. Availability is required throughout the festive period from November 2025 to January 2026, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & Day. Although this is a fixed-term contract, there may be opportunities for ongoing employment into 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create memorable shopping experiences for customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store presentation and stock integrity; contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Support team with daily operations and be adaptable in a dynamic retail setting.
