• Proven executive leadership experience and track record of building high-performing teams.
• Significant experience in research commercialisation, IP management and translating innovation into outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in venture creation, investment attraction and licensing of IP.
• Strong relationship-building capability across academia, industry, government and investors.

• Lead AUT Ventures’ strategic, commercial and operational success as Chief Executive.
• Oversee a high-performing team of specialists delivering discovery-to-impact pathways.
