You’ll be involved in food preparation and service, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, and working closely with the wider kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience: 1+ year for Commis, 2+ years for Chef de Partie.
• NCEA Level 3 or equivalent qualification in cookery or food safety.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
