Overview

We\'re seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will join a small and busy team of passionate chefs delighting our guests with a menu full of fantastic produce from our district served in truly mouth-watering dishes.

You\'ll be a great team player, and flexible and adaptable in all situations, including being mindful of health and dietary requirements of our guests.

Shifts and role type

Shifts will be worked across either dinner (2.30pm start) or breakfast (5.30am/6am start), or a combination of both. This is a permanent role and we\'re recruiting for four positions.

Key responsibilities

This position is responsible for planning and organising the creation, preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes. The role requires the ability to work independently with a strong emphasis on impeccable food hygiene practices. Depending on your skill set, you will be working across larder, hot-line and/or dessert sections.

  • Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
