A major international hotel chain in Christchurch is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The role involves preparing a la carte dishes, assisting with functions, and collaborating with senior chefs on menu design. Candidates should have at least two years of experience, preferably in a hotel setting, along with strong culinary skills. Crowne Plaza Christchurch is located in the heart of downtown Christchurch, opposite Victoria Square and within easy reach of major attractions including the Avon River, Town Hall, Art Gallery, Te Pae Conference Centre and the city’s dining and shopping precincts.
