A prestigious hotel in Christchurch is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to prepare and cook a la carte dishes. Responsibilities include assisting with the breakfast buffet and functions, as well as collaborating with senior chefs to design menus. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of modern and classical cooking techniques.
