We are looking for an experienced culinary leader to head up the team as Chef de Cuisine.

Reporting to Carl Maunder, Executive Chef, you'll be responsible for all aspects of leading our fantastic restaurant crew. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drawing on your creativity and expertise to assist creating outstanding menus and recipes that align with our luxury brand offering
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting food to provide an innovative, authentic and enriching culinary experience to our guests
What we need from you

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who know how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. To be successful you will need:

  • A strong team player attitude with the ability to support the growth of your culinary team and drive a high morale
  • Experience in a hotel or resort environment, preferably in a complex property with multiple restaurants, bars, and a banqueting department for a senior role
  • Ability to remain calm and collected during the pressures of service
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, which may include, but not limited to; afternoons, evenings & public holidays
