Westpac Auckland is seeking a skilled Chef to join the Catering and Cafe team, delivering high-quality food and memorable experiences for a diverse clientele. You’ll contribute to menu development and work within a collaborative, balanced schedule at Takutai Square head office.
Based in Auckland Head Office, the role offers predictable hours (Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm) with occasional evening work, fostering quality, sustainability, and exceptional customer experiences.
This isn't your typical chef role.
It's an opportunity to continue doing what you love while enjoying more predictable hours, a supportive culture, and the chance to create exceptional food experiences for a diverse range of customers. You'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas, contribute to menu innovation, and be part of a team that genuinely values quality, creativity, and collaboration.
If you're ready to put your culinary skills to work in an environment that values both excellence and balance, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Chef within our Catering and Cafe team, you'll play a key role in shaping memorable food experiences across Westpac.
No two days are the same. One day you could be preparing elegant canapés for a corporate event, the next creating fresh seasonal café menus or supporting executive functions and large-scale catering requirements.
Working alongside a passionate and collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills while helping deliver food that reflects Westpac's commitment to quality, sustainability and exceptional customer experiences.
This role is based at our Auckland Head Office in Takutai Square and operates Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm, with only occasional evening work required.
