Known for our high standards and warm hospitality, we provide our guests with an exceptional breakfast experience and beautifully crafted evening canapés – both key highlights of their stay.

We are currently looking for an experienced and innovative Breakfast Chef to join our small, dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a creative kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering memorable culinary moments.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A passion for creativity and menu development
  • Knowledge of food control plans (FCP), stock management, and kitchen compliance standards
  • A team player who enjoys working in an open-plan kitchen alongside our Lodge Hosts
  • Preparation of daily staff meals
  • A commitment to excellence and collaboration with the Head Chef to design unique guest experiences
