Temporary Chef - RealNZ (AWF Client)

Location: Doubtful Sound (with potential coverage in Queenstown & Milford Sound)

Roster: 7 days on / 7 days off (on-call basis)

Employment Type: Temporary / Contract

Pay: Competitive, based on experience and capability

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present buffet-style meals for up to 60 guests to a high standard.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Be available on a 7-on / 7-off rotating roster, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
  • Travel between Doubtful Sound, Queenstown, and Milford Sound as required.
